HTTi-05-TS is a nano-scale titanium dioxide (particle size 30-50nm) specially developed by our company for high-end automotive paint. Used for car repair paint, its unique optical characteristics makes the car paint produce the optical effect of the corner color, and the effect is obvious.

Because HTTi-05-TS has a small particle size and is uniformly arranged regularly, when light is irradiated on the surface of the titanium dioxide particles, the blue light will be strongly scattered, and the remaining green and red light will be reflected after the blue light is scattered, and the sides show blue phase light, the front shows metallographic light (green light and red light), and different hues can be seen with different viewing angles. The car paint increase the colorful pearlescent effect, it also enhances the metallic luster. Therefore, in terms of vision, the texture and layering effect of the car are greatly enhanced.

Application Scope

(1) Car paint produces different colors at different angles: When added to car paint, the front side of the light shows a golden phase, and the side shows a blue phase. With the different viewing angles, the color changes between the two phases. It is very good when used in high-end automotive paints and has a decorative effect.

(2) Anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging effect: Nano-rutile titanium dioxide has excellent ultraviolet shielding effect. When used in automotive paint, it can significantly improve weather resistance and extend the service life of automotive paint.

(3) Improve abrasion resistance and scratch resistance, and are widely used in automotive paint.

(4)Rutile nano-titanium dioxide has stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, and lasting effect.

Instructions for use

(1) Mix the nano-titanium dioxide (HTTi-05-TS), dispersant, solvent and acrylate in the following proportions evenly. HTTi-05-TS: Dispersant: Solvent: Acrylic = 5%: 1%: 10%: 84%

(2) Grind for 90 minutes with a ball mill to make a slurry;
